We collect personal information necessary to facilitate vehicle valuations, 150-point inspections, test drives, and finance pre-approvals:

• Contact Information: Full Name, Phone Number, Email Address, City/Town location.
• Vehicle Data: Vehicle Registration, VIN, Make, Model, Mileage, and photos provided during valuation submissions.
• Financial Data: Income estimates and deposit figures submitted to the Finance Calculator for pre-approval estimations.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed strictly for legitimate commercial automotive services:

• Connecting private sellers with verified Namibian dealerships for competitive instant offers.
• Scheduling 150-Point Certified Vehicle Inspections and VIP Test Drives.
• Dispatching real-time lead alerts to our authorized staff via secure webhooks and notifications.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using enterprise-grade SSL/TLS protocols backed by Supabase Postgres infrastructure with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing brokers.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use session cookies for authentication, localStorage for preferences and cached vehicle data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Third-Party Data Processors

We utilize the following processors:

• Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosting, EU/US)
• Vercel (web hosting, global CDN)
• YouTube (video embeds)
• Twilio (SMS notifications, if configured)

7. Your Data Rights

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers outside Namibia through our cloud infrastructure providers. All transfers are protected by industry-standard encryption.

9. Data Retention

Vehicle listings are retained while active + 12 months after delisting. Customer leads are retained for 24 months. Account data is retained until account deletion is requested.
