Terms of Service & Platform Agreement

1. Platform Operations & Scope

Revio Automotive CC operates a certified vehicle marketplace and media platform in Namibia ("Revio Automotive × L.S Performance"). By accessing or using our marketplace, valuation services, or inspection booking tools, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Vehicle Listings & Certified Inspection Standard

All vehicles listed on Revio undergo an independent 150-Point Physical Inspection audit. Price listings are displayed in Namibian Dollars (N$ / NAD). Certified dealer badges indicate verified Namibian dealership partners.

3. Finance Calculator & Legal Disclaimer

Calculations performed on the Finance Calculator are provided strictly as budgeting estimates based on standard Namibian benchmark rates (default 11%). Actual credit approvals, deposit requirements, and interest rates remain subject to formal credit underwriting by authorized Namibian banking institutions.

4. User Responsibilities & Seller Valuation Terms

When submitting vehicle details via the 2-Minute Sell/Valuation form, users guarantee that all provided specifications, mileage readings, and photos are accurate and truthful.

5. Marketplace Intermediary Notice

Revio Automotive CC operates as a technology marketplace platform and advertising intermediary. Revio does not own, possess, inspect (unless specifically commissioned), warrant, or guarantee vehicles listed by third-party dealers or private sellers. All vehicle transactions are concluded directly between the buyer and the seller. Revio assumes no liability for the condition, title, or fitness of any vehicle.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Revio Automotive CC, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Revio in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Acceptable Use

Users may not: submit false vehicle information, use automated bots or scrapers, attempt to gain unauthorized access to staff systems, harass other users or staff, use the platform for money laundering or fraud.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of the Revio Automotive platform shall first be addressed through informal negotiation by contacting us at revioautomotivecc@gmail.com. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to mediation under the laws of the Republic of Namibia. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Windhoek, Namibia.

Vehicle condition disputes must be raised within 7 days of physical vehicle collection. Revio Automotive is a marketplace intermediary and is not liable for misrepresentation by third-party sellers or dealers. All inspection reports are advisory and do not constitute a warranty.
